Whether from repetitive movement, injury or illness ~ chronic pain can be debilitating
and keep us from doing the things we love and need to do.
This slow, gentle Somatic practice explores small, mindful movements that will help you regain mobility, reduce your pain levels and decrease tension and stress. You will learn how to practice at home, and throughout your day, so improved movement, breathing and wellbeing can become a part of your life.
Most of the movements are done on the floor on a cushioned mat, blanket(s) and props.
If you cannot comfortably be on the floor, individual sessions will help prepare you for a group class setting.
