I feel so lucky to have found her honestly. She is the teacher I had been waiting all my life for- saying all the right words, speaking the language of kindness and love. I am doing poses I never thought I would be able to perform. Who knew that yoga can also open the doorway to self love. 🙂

I don't bother with in person classes anymore, because I've learned that no-one is as good as Adrienne. The balance, optimism and variety your menu of practices bring just can't be beat! The personal, at home, solitary yoga experience fills my cup. I also appreciate your monthly Love Letters, blog, recipes...You're truly appreciated for all you do, for who you are!
