Understanding and improving the health and function of your pelvic floor

muscles is important for EVERYONE as these muscles are

intrinsically related to your “Core”.


What We’ll Cover:

Anatomy & Function – utilizing models, images and video animation,

you’ll gain a better understanding of this important muscle group


Breathing and Imagery Practices – build greater awareness

and ability to connect with the subtleties of these muscles


Movement Exercises – discover how movement is impacted

and influenced by the pelvic floor


Making Connections – experience how the pelvic floor

muscles relate to posture, walking, emotional states and habitual reflexes…
